Mount Kenya is the second tallest mountain in Africa and a World Heritage Site. The scenery surrounding   it is breath-taking. A pristine wilderness with rare and endangered animal species, lakes, glaciers, dense forest, mineral springs , high altitude adapted plains game and unique montane and alpine vegetation. The wildlife to view include elephants, tree hyrax, bushbucks, water bucks, colobus monkeys, elands and over 100 bird species. 

 Visitors can enjoy mountain climbing, camping and caving with the mountain's rugged glacier-clad peaks providing the perfect backdrop with amazing wildlife and birdlife to view.
