Watamu lies on a small headland, between the Blue Lagoon and Watamu Bay. It's located approximately 105km north of Mombasa and about 15Km south of Malindi on the Indian Ocean coast of Kenya. Watamu is famously known for Watamu Marine Park that has three bays namely; watamu, blue lagoon and turtle.

Visit Gede Ruins now a national museum, is a 12th Century Swahili village abandoned some 600 years ago that's surrounded by overgrown by indigenous forest trees, baobab and tamarind. 

Enjoy nature walk through Arabuko Sokoke Forest or drive through and view wild animals like the elephants, buffaloes, baboons and monkeys. There is variety of bird species for bird watchers, Camping, picnic and cycling areas.

Talk of the pristine white sandy beaches to stroll on, watch the turtles and other marine life, sunbath, and enjoy swimming in the ocean or other water sports like fishing and diving.

Other attractions include; old temple at temple point, cruise to Kirepwe Island, Visit Bio Ken snake farm, and kipepeo butterfly house and mida creek.
