Booking
To make your booking, please make sure that you have the correct names, nationalities and date of birth of all travelers as per their passports. If the accommodation facility is fully booked Perfect Views Africa Tours and safaris will try to offer you an alternative property of a similar standard and location.
Prices
All prices are based on costs at the time of publication. Perfect Views Africa Tours and Safaris reserves the right to change the prices at any time before your booking is made. Perfect Views Africa Tours and Safaris will confirm price changes, if any, together with the confirmation of your booking. All the prices, rates will be given in USD (United States of America Dollars) and are subject to change in the case of substantial variation of the exchange rate.
Payments
When you make the payment with us, it is assumed that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. At the time of booking, an advance payment of 35% of the total booking value is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 65% payment should be cleared 45 days prior to the trip departure date. If the deadline for the remaining payment is exceeded, Perfect Views Africa Tours and Safaris reserves the right to cancel the booking,
Payments can be done through bank wire transfers or by credit card payments. All transaction charges incurred should be included in the total amount being paid by the client.
Cancellation
A) If the client cancels a tour up to 60 days prior to the tour departure date, the deposit will be lost. B) If the client cancels a tour 30 days prior to the tour departure date, a penalty fee of 85% of the total price of the tour will apply. C) If the client cancels a tour less than 16 days prior to the tour departure date, no refunds will be given. D) In case of no-shows, unused services during the tour or termination of the tour, no refunds will be given.
Alternations
Perfect Views Africa Tours and Safaris reserves the right to make changes both before and after the booking has been made. The client will be notified about the changes at an earlier possible opportunity. In case of change of service prices, such as park fees, government levies, and airport taxes that are not in the control of Perfect Views Africa Tours and Safaris. The changes supplements will be charged to clients directly.
Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of the traveler/client to ensure he/ she has all the necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas and vaccination certificates as per the destination they are travelling to requirements. The travel agency cannot be held responsible for travelers who for whatever reason may be denied entry at a border. We will however be willing to give you the needed information and documents needed when applying for the visas.
Force Majeure
This refers to any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Perfect Views Africa Tours and Safaris. These circumstances include; war, civil strife, industrial disputes, adverse weather effects, fire, terrorist activities, political chaos, government actions, and all similar events beyond our control. Perfect Views Africa Tours and Safaris shall not be liable for any compensation or response for any expenses or losses the client might incur.
Liability
Perfect Views Africa Tours and Safaris has no direct day-to-day control of its supplies, and will not be liable for any loss or expenses arising from the loss of property, cancellation, or curtailment of the tour however caused. Perfect Views Africa Tours and Safaris shall not be liable for any refund, either total or partially paid. Perfect Views Africa Tours and Safaris recommends its clients to take out the necessary insurance to protect against such an eventuality.
Complaints
Should a problem occur during travel, it should be communicated immediately to the tour manager through email writing setting out the complaint in detail. Should any legal dispute arise, it must be settled in Nairobi, Kenya.
